4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Once your order is placed, it goes into production and cannot be cancelled.

  • Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or other external factors.

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
