Our products are carefully produced and shipped worldwide. The average delivery time is 5–10 business days, depending on your location. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking code to follow your package at any time.

Because all BESA items are made-to-order, we cannot accept returns for size or preference. However, if your order arrives damaged, misprinted or incorrect, we’ll replace it free of charge. Just contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue.

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and secure checkout options offered by Shopify. All payments are processed safely and encrypted.
