Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.


 


No Returns or Exchanges – Black & Silver Eagle



The Black & Silver Eagle item is a limited production product.


All units are produced in limited quantities and are not part of our standard stock, even when available for purchase after the pre-order phase.

For this reason, returns or exchanges are not accepted, including but not limited to:


  • wrong size selection
  • change of mind
  • personal preference



This policy applies to all orders of the Black & Silver Eagle, regardless of whether the purchase was made during or after the pre-order period.


By placing an order, you acknowledge that the EU 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to this item.


 

 

No Returns or Exchanges – Print-on-Demand Products


All other BESA Streetwear items are made-to-order (print-on-demand) and produced specifically for each customer.


Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • wrong size choice
  • change of mind
  • personal preference


This is in accordance with EU consumer law for custom-made products.

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package at:

Please include:


  • your order number
  • clear photos showing the issue



Once approved:


  • a replacement will be sent at no additional cost, or
  • a refund will be issued if a replacement is not possible.

 

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processed within 10 business days
  • Bank processing times may vary
