Thank you for choosing BESA Streetwear. We want to make sure your shopping experience is clear and transparent. Please read our shopping policy before placing your order.


Order Processing

  • All of our products are made-to-order through our print-on-demand partners.

  • Once your order is placed, it goes into production within 2–5 business days.

  • Because items are produced especially for you, orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.


Shipping Times

  • Delivery times vary depending on your location and the print provider.

  • Average delivery within Europe: 5–10 business days.

  • Average delivery outside Europe: 7–20 business days.

  • Please note that shipping times are estimates and can be affected by customs, holidays, or local postal delays.


Shipping Costs

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and depend on your destination.

  • We currently ship worldwide.


Customs & Duties

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.


Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link (if available).

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.


Incorrect Address / Delivery Issues

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping costs may apply to resend the order.
